as demand for digital infrastructure accelerates, we aim to integrate sustainability across how we build, operate and grow.

We are proud of our progress towards advancing our climate targets, but we recognise there is still significant work ahead to achieve net-zero emissions by 2045.

2025 product highlights + launches

choose the smartest path

Smart Path is a new NaaS feature launching in 2026 that lets customers select network routes in near real time. It increases control over security, compliance, and sovereignty, and shows the carbon impact of each route to support sustainability. Smart Path makes secure, flexible digital infrastructure easier to access and optimise.

prepare for a quantum future

We completed a pioneering trial to test quantum-secured encryption across our optical wave network. Building on the successful trial, we are developing tailored solutions to help global businesses prepare for a quantum-secure future and protect their critical data against next-generation threats.

networking in orbit

We launched Managed LEO+, combining LEO satellite and 4G/5G to deliver high-performance network access in remote areas. Available in 65+ countries, LEO+ rapidly extends Colt’s fibre network and provides fully managed, reliable backup for sites and operations where traditional networks fall short.
