Sally Nelson
Sally Nelson was appointed as Member of the Remuneration Committee on 1 October 2015. Sally joined FIL in 1999 and is currently FIL’s Chief People officer with responsibility for global human resources and corporate affairs. She is also a member of the Remuneration Committees (RemCo’s) for FIL Limited, for the FIL Canada Joint Venture compensation committee and for Optegra. Prior to joining Fidelity, Sally worked at PwC in Human Resources for 12 years.
Sally graduated from King’s College, London with a BA (Hons) in English. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
