Colt is the only network provider to have 100% Willingness to Recommend in Gartner® report

Colt has been identified as the only network provider to have (100%) Willingness to Recommend in the new Gartner® Voice of the Customer report for Network Services, Global.

The ‘Voice of the Customer’ is a document that turns reviews from the Gartner Peer Insights™ platform into insights for IT decision makers. Reviews on Gartner Peer Insights give insight into customers’ willingness to recommend a business*.

In the latest report, of those customers who reviewed Colt on Peer Insights, 100% said they would be willing to recommend us. We are the only network provider named in the report who has received 100% Willingness to Recommend.

Colt, a Strong Performer

The Voice of the Customer report also revealed some further positive news for Colt. We are now in the ‘Strong Performer’ quadrant of this year’s report. Those who are placed in the Strong Performer quadrant are said to ‘meet or exceed the market average Overall Experience.’

The report places all eligible businesses into one of four quadrants based on User Interest and Adoption and Overall Experience. Click here to view the figure which shows the businesses placed into categories.

The results from this year’s Voice of the Customer report demonstrate the importance and the effort Colt puts into customer experience and shows that it’s having a positive effect. Customer feedback is a huge part of our success and it’s great to see that our customers are reporting their satisfaction and leaving constructive reviews.

In the report’s detailed Vendor Summaries section, as of May 2023, Colt achieved an overall 4.5 stars out of five (of 26 reviews) across the four categories: Service Capabilities, Sales Experience, Transition Experience and Execution Experience.
