Please find below our tariffs for outbound calls to special numbers. Special numbers are non-geographic numbers in use for emergency, freephone, shared cost & premium rate, personal numbers, pagers, WIFI services, social care & directory enquiries and other services, and reflect tariffs which are set at the regulatory level.

On the 1st January 2021 we consolidated all the rate cards in the NGN by Country folder into one multi-country rate card which can be found above.

This relates to outbound calls to non-geographic numbers, such as freephone, shared cost, premium rate and special numbers (e.g. Directory Services).

The consolidated rate card contains the rates for all the Colt countries that are presented in the individual rate cards and there will be no change to the NGN rates.
