London, 25 June 2015Colt announces today the launch of the Colt FeetOnStreet App, which enables sales teams to check whether a building is connected to Colt’s network and provide customers with a quote in real time. This free mobile app is provided to Colt’s network of agents and franchisees as well as the company’s direct sales team.

FeetOnStreet App previewThe Colt FeetOnStreet App is iOS and Android compatible and can be accessed on a tablet or smartphone, enabling Colt’s partners to quickly respond to customer requirements. The mobile application’s main features include:

  • Visual identification of buildings connected to the Colt network either by entering the address or by viewing it on a map;
  • Live price display for the main services available on fibre or leased lines;
  • Direct access to Colt’s extranet for access to comprehensive information on products and pricing.

The FeetOnStreet App is a powerful visual tool that helps us respond quickly to our customers,” explains James Kershaw, Sales Director at Colt. “Thanks to the app, our partners now have a tool that is simple to use and enables them to locate new prospects based on their location and get a quote in seconds. This helps speed up the sales cycle for the partner considerably and helps customers make informed decisions based on reliable information.

The Colt FeetOnStreet App is one of many tools designed by Colt to support its network of indirect sales agents and franchisees.  Colt has a network of over 170 agents across Europe and the United States as well as 22 European franchisees. The partner network has access to Colt’s comprehensive product portfolio, ordering tools, billing and excellent customer support. Agents and franchisees also benefit from training and certification, which enable them to better support their customers’ requirements and quickly grow their business.
