HomeNewsColt VoIP Access delivers enhanced flexibility and scalability to small enterprises

Colt has today announced that VoIP Access, its voice and internet access solution for small enterprises now offers additional bandwidth options and self-monitoring capabilities for customers. Alongside enhanced flexibility and scalability, customers can also be sure their network is secure, with features built into the package to prevent hacking and fraudulent calls via the IP network. The solution will be primarily taken to market via Colt’s channel partners, and Community, Colt’s comprehensive partner programme has been updated to ensure partners receive additional training, support and rewards for its VoIP Access package.

As part of the development, order form processes have been streamlined ensuring Colt is even easier to do business with. Partners are supported by Colt’s dedicated sales and support team ensuring they receive first class assistance and they also benefit from Colt’s partner portal which enables the automatic tracking of requests, helping partners and resellers monitor their customer orders from placement to delivery. The self certification process enables resellers to order VoIP Access and select certification on the electronic order form – which can then be processed quickly and easily by Colt ensuring timely delivery of the VoIP Access solution.

Delivery has been significantly improved, with reseller set-up time reduced to only ten working days. This is further supported by the new testing methods implemented by Colt which ensures the testing of internet based VoIP Access services can be carried out remotely via the Colt node – meaning resellers no longer have to wait for an on-site test.

Gary Moore, Partner Director at Colt, said, “Colt is dedicated to ensuring our partner experience is as good as it can be and we are constantly evaluating improvements to the way that we operate that make us even easier to do business with. This simplified process will have a significant impact on the experience of our partners. Just as the VoIP Access solution has been enhanced to improve the customer experience, it was right to ensure our partners also reaped the benefits of improved service delivery. By reducing the time our resellers spend on sourcing information and placing and managing orders we have ensured they can get on with what they do best – delivering first class customer service.”

The VoIP Access partner programme is further enhanced by competitive discounts and commissions, along with tailored marketing support.

The enhanced VoIP Access solution is available now across Europe.
